20 of our models have been tested by Shenzhen GVT Testing Technology Co., Ltd. to GB 4943.1-2022, China's national safety standard for audio, video and IT equipment (a modified adoption of IEC 62368-1:2018). Every sample complied.

What happens around the production line: parts are checked before use, materials are staged by order, and finished units are boxed by hand before they ship.
Incoming inspectionPlastic parts and packaging materials are checked at dedicated benches before they go to the line.
Material warehouseParts and materials are staged by order in the material preparation area.
Retail boxingEarbuds, manual and accessories go into the retail box — neutral, or your own branded box.

Each unit is placed in its insert and closed by hand on the packing line.
