What is your MOQ for wholesale orders? +
100 pcs per model for in-stock models. You can mix several models in one order (100 pcs each, any colors), and bigger quantities get lower tier prices.
Can I buy a sample first? +
Yes. Paid samples start from 1 pc — at the 100-pc wholesale price, plus shipping — and ship in 3–7 days. The sample fee is refunded when you place a bulk order.
Do you offer dropshipping? +
Yes. We can ship single orders to your customers worldwide on battery-approved small-parcel lines. Shipping is quoted per order by destination — ask us for details.
What is the MOQ for my own logo? +
1,000 pcs for a one-color logo (silk-screen, laser engraving or pad printing, depending on the model). Logo plus custom packaging starts from 3,000 pcs.
What about custom colors or a private mold? +
Custom colors start from 3,000 pcs per color, and a new molding color from 5,000 pcs. Changing the internal configuration starts from about 8,000 pcs, and a fully new design from your sketch (3D and tooling) from 20,000 pcs.
What is your production capacity? +
About 150,000 pcs per day — more than 4.5 million pcs per month across our TWS, neckband, clip-on and wired lines.
How long does mass production take? +
About 15 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and customization.
Do your earphones have CE / FCC certificates? +
We arrange CE, FCC and RoHS testing for the model and market you sell in, plus battery transport documents (MSDS / UN38.3) for shipping. Tell us your market and we confirm cost and lead time with your quote.
