Logos, Packaging, and Housing Colors
Logos can be applied to the earbuds and charging case. Screen printing and laser engraving are commonly used on earbud housings. The position, size, and process depend on the housing material and design. A custom Bluetooth pairing name can also be discussed.
Packaging can reflect your brand artwork and design, using processes such as gold or silver foil stamping. The choice of process depends on the packaging material and artwork.
Housing colors can be changed by adjusting the plastic color during injection molding. For example, you can keep the existing earbud and charging-case shapes and change only the color. Changing the case outline or earbud shape is a separate design task.
How Can Sound and Battery Life Be Adjusted?
You can discuss driver selection and tuning to adjust the sound, then listen to samples to confirm the result.
For battery-life changes, you can discuss battery options. The earbuds’ own batteries power them when they are out of the charging case. The case battery recharges the earbuds. When setting a battery-life target, distinguish playback time on a single charge from total playback time with recharges from the case.
A replacement battery needs to be assessed against the available space. If a larger battery compartment and new tooling are required, quantities and costs must be confirmed separately. The amount of additional playback time depends on the confirmed design and sample checks.
New Shapes Can Start with an Idea or Sketch
Beyond existing models, Yinshidon can provide 3D model design based on your ideas, sketches, or concept images. This service requires quantities of 20,000 units or more, with a separate design fee.
This service is for projects that need a new shape. Conditions for a design-fee refund can be negotiated. Tooling costs must be confirmed separately; the 3D design fee should not be assumed to include tooling.

For standard customization, each product color requires at least 3,000 units, and the minimum quantity for the relevant customization option still applies. Logo-only orders have an exception: if stock in the selected colors is sufficient, colors can be combined at 500 units per color, while the total order must still be at least 1,000 units. Available colors must be checked against stock first.
When combining changes to the logo, packaging, color, or components, the minimum order quantity is confirmed for the specific combination.
