What can you customize? +

Your logo, colors and finishes, packaging, manuals and labels, and the power-on sound, voice prompts and EQ. From 20,000 pcs we can make a private mold for a design only you sell.

What is the minimum order for custom logo earbuds? +

1,000 pcs for a one-color logo on an in-stock model. When the model has enough stock colors, the 1,000 pcs can be split across colors from 500 pcs per color.

What is the minimum order for custom colors or packaging? +

Custom colors start from 3,000 pcs per color. Your logo plus custom packaging starts from 3,000 pcs.

Can you make earbuds in my own design? +

Yes, with a private mold from 20,000 pcs. Send us your idea, a reference product or a target price, and we confirm the mold cost and timeline with your quote.

Can I see a sample before ordering? +

Yes. Samples are paid and start from 1 pc. A plain sample costs the 100-pc wholesale price plus shipping and is refunded on a bulk order; a sample with your logo is quoted with your artwork.

How long does a custom order take? +

About 7 days for the sample, then about 15 days of production after you approve it. We confirm the date with your quote.

Silk-screen or laser engraving: which is better for my logo? +

Silk-screen prints your logo in ink in a set color; laser engraving marks it into the surface. Which one works depends on the shell material, color and shape, so we recommend one for the model you pick and show it on the mockup.

Do your earbuds have test reports for my market? +

Tell us where you sell. We confirm which models already have reports for that market.
