Custom logo printing starts from 1,000 pcs for a one-color logo. Logo methods include silk printing, laser engraving or pad printing, depending on the product.
What is the MOQ for custom packaging?+
Custom packaging such as color boxes, blister packaging or gift boxes, together with your logo, starts from 3,000 pcs. Packaging structure and printing requirements may affect the final MOQ.
Can I customize both logo and packaging together?+
Yes. Logo printing and custom packaging can be combined in one order from 3,000 pcs. Custom colors start from 3,000 pcs per color.
What is the MOQ for fully custom headphone appearance (ODM)?+
Fully customized designs with a new housing or structure (from your sketch to 3D and tooling) start from 20,000 pcs, depending on design complexity and tooling. Changing the internal configuration starts from about 8,000 pcs.
Can I customize only the headphone appearance without changing internal electronics?+
Yes. We support appearance-only customization, such as housing shape, color, surface finish, while keeping the internal electronic solution unchanged.
What is the custom headphone development process?+
Our standard customization process includes requirement confirmation, design and 3D drawings, prototype sampling, mold development if required, and mass production with quality control.
Do you provide samples before mass production?+
Yes. Paid samples of in-stock models start from 1 pc (at the 100-pc wholesale price, plus shipping), and the sample fee is refunded when you place a bulk order. Samples with your logo, packaging or new tooling take longer.
