Yinshidon has made earphones in Dongguan, next to Shenzhen, since 2005, under our brand CYXG. We make true wireless (TWS) earbuds alongside neckband, clip-on and ear-hook models, with a daily output of about 150,000 pcs and more than 4.5 million pcs a month.
Buyers come to us for two kinds of work. Some need in-stock TWS earbuds from 100 pcs per model to sell quickly. Others want an OEM project: their logo, colors, packaging or configuration on a model that already works, or a private mold built from their own sketch. Both run on the same lines and go through the same checks.

Our factory in Dongguan has injection molding, cable processing, soldering and assembly lines, acoustic and RF testing, battery aging tests and a packing area. Ask us for a live video tour to see the line that will make your order before you pay a deposit.
How quality is checked
Custom orders are fully inspected before they ship: appearance, logo, charging, Bluetooth pairing, left and right sound, microphone, and buttons or touch controls. Battery life is checked by continuous playback. You can also send your own or a third-party inspector to the factory before the goods leave.
For OEM samples, you confirm seven things before production: appearance, color, logo, fit, sound, connection and battery life. Mass production then follows the sample you approved.
